Open yourself to the power of abstinence!  You won’t believe how much your energy cluster can accomplish and grow if it isn’t weighed down with the temptation and guilt of lust for your aunt - she is not worth the pain and confusion.  You don’t need to obsess about her and her perfectly shaped breasts and teeth.  Remove those images from your head and you will be amazed at how free your mind will feel.  You are removing negative ions and replacing them with positive and ripe ions.
