Whenever I see an attractive stranger or animal walking down the street, I immediately stop, open my reality journal, and write up an elaborate backstory for them.  I write about our travels together, our various offspring, and our house on the countryside.  And the great thing is, once I write it down, it becomes reality.

Practice holding your breath for long periods of time -- it is a great way to build lung capacity and stamina.  It is super beneficial when your wife's boyfriends take turns holding your head in an ice bath for long periods of time.

Whenever I pass an animal shelter, I can't help but start laughing to myself.  It's great knowing that I am so much better off than all of those stupid animals.

As a consumer, even I think that free refills are inappropriate.  I should definitely have to pay for second and third helpings.
